Who Are We
The core of One Source Cycling is a bunch of buddies on the Central Coast of California who like to ride . . . some mountain, some road, most both. Some of us have been riding for years, some just for a few months. We spur each other on, give one another a hard time, race once in a while, but always have a good time. We try and ride at least every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and almost always in the morning.

Oh my gosh! I picked a crazy day to cruise by your guys' blog! I can't believe that! Look at the guy on the left in the air. I believe that's his shoe AND his helmet flying above him. Cinch those helmets on nice and good guys! What a stupid driver..stupid being a definite under statement.
That is nuts! Surfing sounds really good right now.
Yo Bros surfing dawn patrol three days a week no more biking for a while and you'll never catch me on the road anyways (ha Ha)
