Who Are We
The core of One Source Cycling is a bunch of buddies on the Central Coast of California who like to ride . . . some mountain, some road, most both. Some of us have been riding for years, some just for a few months. We spur each other on, give one another a hard time, race once in a while, but always have a good time. We try and ride at least every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and almost always in the morning.

Madonna yesterday at 7:00PM. 56 minutes of spinning to get out the lactic acid from Friday's big deposit. 2 runners passed me on hurl hill. Granny granny all the way up.
was gonna go sneaker today but didn't work out for jason so no confessions besides that here.
Do sneakers satisfy? They are the mainstay of my cycling diet! My solitary sneaker rides are more familiar to me than our group Onesource rides! It would take less effort and be far less time consuming for me to "confess" my group rides! Ha!
Hopefully thats gunna change Doc! Its been great having you with us.
