Just wanted to report my ride this morning. HWY 1 to Los Osos. Turri to LOVR and home. 30 miles, avg 20 mph, avg hr (this is for you rabbit) 154. It was a nice, quick one.
Gotta love the sneakers Jeff! I'm using a Polar computer. I don't have a cadence sensor on...I have one, it's just in the box. I have to figure out how to get it on the right way.
The core of One Source Cycling is a bunch of buddies on the Central Coast of California who like to ride . . . some mountain, some road, most both. Some of us have been riding for years, some just for a few months. We spur each other on, give one another a hard time, race once in a while, but always have a good time. We try and ride at least every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and almost always in the morning.
We'd love to have you join us!

So call it sneakers is all I am willing to make time for. Shame of it since sometimes they are to the tune of rubber grinding on a thin metal roller.
Which HR device are you using and do you monitor your candence with the ride history?
I have not used any power meters yet since I'm not in those leagues to determine the real benefits ofcourse.
I have different self prescribed priorities in the last two months but my road time is on the increase again. Praise God for that.
